PROBLEM
Dyspraxia is a condition affecting co-ordination and motor skills. It affects around 5% of the population. Compared to other neurodivergent conditions that receive mainstream support, dyspraxia is often underrepresented and left out of the conversation.
INSIGHT
People with dyspraxia are highly capable, intelligent individuals who can excel at complex, high-level tasks, yet they struggle with basic, everyday coordination. Because their peers master these daily tasks so easily, and the general public lacks awareness of the condition, dyspraxic people grow up hiding their struggles and feeling immense shame.
SOLUTION
The Capability Gap opens up the conversation about dyspraxia by highlighting the contrast between high-level skills and the struggle with everyday physical tasks. Through a social movement, we gave the community a platform to share their realities. We followed their daily lives in a documentary to capture their raw, honest stories, and took these voices to the streets through powerful OOH visuals.
